Half way!! Cannot believe I am already half way! Thanks for watching xx My Dr has told me that if you have 6 or more contractions in an hour that you need to call either your Dr or L&D. So, chances are its probably just braxton hicks. They rushed me down to the OR for an emergency C-Section. My DS son was born at 25 weeks, spent a gruling roller coaster ride in the NICU for 89 days, and is now home.

I entered the hospital on the 18th with a ruptured membrane, my baby is still holding strong, I am 24 weeks 4 days I have already gotten my steriods and they had to give me Magnesium sulfate to stop my contractions.I will b here until I give birth which my dr said wont go past 34 weeks, or he will HAVE to induce if I get infection. FWIW I had very strong and frequent (but painless) Braxton Hicks contractions from about 20 weeks. The point at which I also started having lower back pain was when I started going into preterm labour at 29 weeks. This isn't to say that having strong Braxton Hicks necessarily means preterm labour - it obviously doesn't!
